At PlethoraTone, we understand that every project is different and try to cater to that. That said, booking generally requires a 50% deposit with the balance due at the conclusion of the last session. As far as cancellation, hey, things happen, and we want to be fair. While canceling a session within a week of the date typically makes prepaid fees non-refundable, in some cases, the amount paid can be transferable. Please drop us a line and ask us any specific questions you have.
It’s not our main interest, but we love sharing with friends and, in some cases, do rent equipment. Of course the needs of PlethoraTone’s studio clients supersede rental requests.
Yes! We’ve designed PlethoraTone to be engineer friendly. The coffee is on! We price ourselves as a package including Chris and/or Mark. This added value ensures your efficiency and workflow.
We are always set to have from 4-6 musicians tracking simultaneously. Usage limits are really determined by a session’s need for instrumental isolation, so drop us a line with your session requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If we can’t meet your needs at PlethoraTone, there are many wonderful studios within our community and we can help you find the right space.
PlethoraTone is generally open from 9am – 6pm M-F for all types of sessions. However, after hours and weekends may be available as determined by client projects.
We’d love it! As a private facility, all it takes is an email or Facebook message and we’ll set up a time.
Yes. Yes you may! We love gear of all types, eras, and sizes and really enjoy playing with OPG (Other People’s Gear).
PlethoraTone’s rates are determined by the type of session and staff required. Our commitment is excellence in quality audio recording at all budget levels. Contact us with your project’s specifics and we’ll do our best to put together a package that works for you.
We value the creative process, musical experimentation, questing for tone, using eclectic equipment, and the pursuit of audio excellence in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Even more important, we value people and strive to make PlethoraTone an empowering, encouraging place where creative individuals can connect to an authentic music community. If any of that makes you want to say, “me too!” then you should check out PlethoraTone.
